  • Due to the fact that before purchasing an eSIM package, you confirm yourself that your smartphone supports eSIM, the amount paid for the package is non-refundable.

    Note again, prior to confirming your purchase, verify in your mobile device settings whether it supports eSIM. Go to settings and search for add eSIM. Despite the model of your smartphone, it may not necessarily support eSIM functionality.

  • In such a scenario, the amount will not be refunded. Prior to payment, we will again provide you with information regarding which SIM/eSIM the selected package will be activated on.

  • In this instance, through COINEX, we refund the portion of the amount equivalent to the parking cost for the unused months.

  • If a technical fault with the local provider is detected after using a certain number of GBs, the amount will be refunded proportionally to the unused GBs. The refund will be credited to the personal cabinet in the form of COINEX or, if preferred, to the bank account.

  • If, following consultation with the mobineX technical team, it is determined that the physical SIM card/eSIM QR code has a factory error or is otherwise unable to connect to the local provider, we will refund the entire paid amount to the personal account either in the form of COINEX or through a bank transfer upon request.
